The Broadcom BCM81385 is a 16-nm low-power, high-density PHY integrating IEEE 1588, retimer, and equalizer functions supporting 100GbE, 25GbE, and 10GbE applications. BCM81385 is designed to support CAUI4, XFI and SFI electrical interfaces.
The BCM81385 is designed in 16-nm CMOS technology to provide a low-power solution.
