HP's 5-year Pickup and Return service includes a complete hardware replacement if your system fails during the service period. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your system to HP.
This service covers the following components:
- CPU
- Memory
- Hard drive
- System board
- Graphics card
- Other internal components
This service does not cover the following components:
- Display
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Power supply
- External peripherals
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be ship to international destinations.
