The Wheelock S8-24MCC-FW Multi-candela Speaker Strobe provides high audible output with clear audibility at either of its field-selectable voltages (25 VRMS or 70 VRMS) and at all of its field-selectable powers (1/8 W, 1/4 W, 1/2 W, 1 W, 2 W, 4 W, or 8 W). With its multi-candela (15 cd, 30 cd, 75 cd, or 95 cd) strobe it meets the needs of the life safety industry for effective emergency voice communications, tone signaling, and visible signaling to alert the hearing impaired. The speakers have a 12-inch round metal grill and a molded, flame-retardant core. The strobes produce 1 flash/sec over the regulated voltage range and can be synchronized using the SM or DSM Synchronization Modules.
