Broadcom 7nm 8x106G PAM-4 Duplex Front-panel Low-Power PHY - BCM87350
The Broadcom BCM87350 is a single-chip, 8x106-Gb/s full-duplex Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM-4) low-power PHY.
The BCM87350 is capable of equalizing 20 db of loss on both the host-side and line-side interfaces.
Each lane is capable of multiple data rates, including 53.125 Gb/s and 106.25 Gb/s in PAM-4 mode and 25.781 Gb/s and 26.5625 Gb/s in NRZ mode.
The 100GbE, 200GbE, and 400GbE applications can be supported through multilane configurations.
The BCM87350 is fabricated with advanced, low-power 7-nm CMOS technology. The BCM87350 is available in a 17-mm×17mm, 0.8-mm pitch, 400-pin BGA, RoHS-compliant package.
