DTM64617D is a non-ECC Unbuffered DDR3L-1600, 512Mx64 memory module which conforms to JEDEC's PC3L-12800 standard. The assembly is a Single-Rank containing - eight Samsung 512Mx8 DDR3 SDRAMs.

One 2K-bit EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect.

Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals.

The assembly is a Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module intended for mounting into 204-pin edge connector sockets.
