Like all HighPoint Thunderbolt™ 3 I/O Solutions, the RocketStor 6661A-mSAS2 was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Eight 6Gb/s SAS/SATA ports can be added to any Thunderbolt™ 3 capable Mac or PC using a single cable connection. The ultra-slim enclosure includes a pre-installed SAS/SATA RAID controller, and extensive driver support is available for both Windows and Mac platforms.

Compatible with macOS RAID Arrays & RocketRAID Configurations

Designed to simplify and streamline storage integration for Thunderbolt™ 3 platforms, the RocketStor 6661A-mSAS2 is fully backwards compatible with all previous and current HighPoint RAID controllers, and includes built-support for Apple RAID configurations created with the macOS Disk Utility. The RocketStor 6661A-mSAS2 includes our intuitive web-based management suite which enables users of any experience level to easily configure up to 8 SAS/SATA drives and 112TB of storage into one or more RAID configurations. A wide-range of pro-active maintenance and monitoring capabilities work ensure the health of RAID storage investments and minimize downtime.
With a few simple clicks, users can check available storage capacity, the condition of any arrays and all hosted drives, and enable auto-rebuild and hot spare features that add additional layers of data security to redundant arrays. Users can also schedule maintenance sessions to verify disk integrity, and enable Email notification to inform one or more users of changing storage conditions while outside of the work environment.
