This agreement is valid during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays.
Service Level Guarantee:
HP will provide Next Business Day Exchange (NBD) service for failed parts.

This agreement covers the following parts:

Warranty Period:
This agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
