The HP Smart Tank 6001 is a compact thermal inkjet printer with copy and scan functions. Designed for high-volume printing, the Smart Tank delivers up to 8000 color pages or 6000 black pages with the included ink bottles. It produces dark, crisp text and vibrant graphics at ISO print speeds up to 12 ppm in black and 7 ppm in color. Automatic two-sided printing lets you speed through multi-page documents while dedicated sensors allow you to easily monitor ink and paper levels.
A single paper tray holds 150 sheets of up to 8.5 x 14" legal-size paper. Borderless photos and presentation material can be printed on up to 8.5 x 11" letter-size paper. For scanning and copying, the 8.5 x 11.7" flatbed fits up to letter-size paper.
Get reliable connections with the built-in dual-band Wi-Fi with a self-healing feature that automatically detects and resolves connectivity issues. You can print wirelessly over Wi-Fi from the HP Smart app or via Apple AirPrint, Mopria, or Wi-Fi Direct. Using the HP Smart app, you can also eliminate repetitive steps by assigning customizable shortcuts. Print, scan, share, email, and more with just single-tap shortcuts. The Smart Tank also offers security essentials, including basic encryption and password protection, to ensure privacy and control.
