i48M6 is a multi-node modular server optimized for high-density data centers. Based on the latest Intel® Xeon® Scalable, it can deploy 2 to 8x dual-socket computing/storage nodes in a standard 4U rack, providing flexible scalability and meeting requirements for various applications. It is suitable for highly demanding scenarios like HPC, cloud computing, big data analysis, and mass storage.

Extreme Compute and Storage Density

8x compute nodes (NS5480M6) can be deployed in the 4U space, which is 4 times the deployment density of a standard 2U rackmount server. Storage nodes (NS5486M6) can also be deployed in 72 x 3.5-inch drives in the same space.

I/O Balance, Enhanced Performance

I/O is evenly distributed on two CPUs to maximize the application efficiency of the NUMA architecture and reduce response delay. Thus, the overall performance is improved by over 20%. 4U space supports up to 48 x I/O expansions to satisfy the data transmission in large-scale applications.
