The JBL Stage 245C 2.5-Way Center Channel Speaker in espresso finish is voiced to blend seamlessly with any combination of JBL Stage 2 series speakers in a surround sound configuration. The 245C is comprised of JBL's quad 4.5" Polycellulose ribbed cone woofers to handle the bass and midrange, with a 1" anodized aluminum tweeter coupled to the Stage 2 HDI horn for the high frequencies.
The Stage 245C features sturdy 5-way binding posts to connect to your amplifier or receiver. The bass-reflex design utilizes dual flared rear-firing ports to reduce chuffing and improve bass response. Center channel speakers are intended to be placed on a flat surface above or below your video display; anti-slip pads are provided to secure the speaker and reduce vibration.
