The ThinkSystem RAID 930 family of internal 12 Gbps SAS RAID controllers are high-performance RAIDon-chip (ROC) adapters. These adapters support RAID levels 0/1/10/5/50/6/60 as well as JBOD, and include an extensive list of RAS and management features.The family is comprised of four adapters:
- The ThinkSystem RAID 930-4i supports up to four internal SAS and SATA drives
- The ThinkSystem RAID 930-8i supports up to eight internal SAS and SATA drives
- The ThinkSystem RAID 930-16i supports up to 16 internal SAS and SATA drives
