The Midland MicroMobile-GXT Bundle features the MicroMobile MXT115 two-way GMRS radio and a pair of GXT1000VP4 two-way GMRS radios to deliver reliable, long-range communication during vacations, camping, hunting, and more. Designed for mounting in a vehicle, the MicroMobile MXT115 boasts 15 watts of power, an external magnetic antenna, range-maximizing repeater channels, NOAA weather alerts, and a smartphone/tablet charging port. The JIS4 waterproof design of the GXT1000VP4 two-way radios ensures protection from inevitable exposure to light rain or splashing water. The MicroMobile-GXT Bundle comes with rechargeable batteries, two boom mic headsets for the GXT1000VP4, a PTT (push-to-talk) microphone for the MXT115, and power adapters.
Designed to be used in your car, truck, RV, or UTV, the MicroMobile MXT115 15-Channel Two-Way GMRS Radio includes a push-to-talk microphone and built-in speaker, as well as a detachable antenna with magnetic mount. Intended for mounting either under the dash or vertically on the center console, the radio comes with a mounting bracket for quick installation and can either be hardwired to the vehicle's electrical system or via the included 12 VDC adapter. An external speaker jack in the rear of the unit allows you to attach an external speaker (available separately).
The MXT115 features 15 GMRS channels and transmits using up to 15W of power via an adjustable power switch (Hi/Lo). 142 privacy codes allow you to secure any channel, while monitor mode lets you keep an ear on a selected channel. This radio offers NOAA weather radio functionality and a scanning feature to quickly scan all 10 weather channels to find an active one. To increase the transmission distance, the radio features eight selectable repeater channels (channels 15-22). The backlit LCD screen allows for use even in low-light conditions, and the on/off knob provides a quick and easy way to adjust the volume.
