With its diminutive size and support for 85W of laptop charging (Power Delivery), the Plugable USB-C Mini Docking Station (UD-CAM) remains one of Plugable's smallest yet powerful USB-C docks available.
Plugable is an industry leader in Docking Station products, and this smaller form-factor dock should not be underestimated. Utilizing innovations introduced with USB 3.1, this dock is one of the first to use "Alternate Mode" from the USB-C specifications for one of the display outputs.
This dock supports USB Power Delivery, enabling the dock to charge a laptop, 2-in-1, or Windows tablet connected to it (up to 85W).
Note: Please read the information below for details regarding display output types and system requirements for the best compatibility, even with newer systems. USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 system with support for USB Alt Mode video output and/or PD charging is required for this docking station; not all systems or USB-C ports support these features. The dock will not work properly if adapted to USB 3.0 to connect to the computer or tablet.
When attached to a fully compatible USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 system, the UD-CAM supports Windows 10, 8.x, and 7, macOS, and Chrome OS.
