Raritan Secure Switches (RSS) offer a proven desktop access solution for guarding against cyber intrusion for government and military agencies. The RSS is lab tested and certified to meet latestNIAP Protection Profile requirements for Peripheral Sharing Devices version 4.0. Raritan Secure Switch 4.0 is available with two, four, or eight ports, with the option of CAC authentication. Some models now include dual monitor support. Raritan has also transitioned to a pure digital switch architecture to support HDMI and DisplayPort based devices. Numerous video resolutions are supported, including high definition and 4K Ultra HD.
The NIAP Version 4.0 Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing (KVM) Switches defines the latest Secure Desktop KVM Switches requirements. These switches allow users to switch between computer systems at different classifications safely. The new 4.0 Protection Profile (pp_psd_V4.0) replaces the previous NIAP 3.0, EAL2, EAL4, and Common Criteria regulations with stricter requirements.
