The XS70 uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with 3D NAND flash Memory and NVMe 1.4 support to reach continuous read speeds up to 7300 MB/s and write speeds up to 6000 MB/s. Its aluminum alloy build keeps the SSD durable and helps dissipate heat while under load. That design coupled with a MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of 1.6 million hours, this drive has a long lifespan. Performance is more reliable thanks to its RAID technology support and LDPC coding. Supported DRAM Cache Buffer improves sequential read/write and random read/write performance.
