Transcend's SSD452K has a SATA III 6Gb / s interface and state-of-the-art 3D NAND technology, with which 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips can be vertically stacked. Compared to 3D NAND on 64 layers, this increase in density significantly improves storage efficiency. The SSD452K is equipped with a DRAM cache for particularly fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in business-critical applications. It has a shelf life of 3K program / delete cycles.
Transcend also offers the SSD452K as an SSD452K-I variant with an extended temperature range (-40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃) in order to guarantee sustainable functionality, improved endurance and optimal reliability in business-critical applications.
