The Visiontek mini DisplayPort Male to DisplayPort Female Adapter features a mini DP male connector on one end and a DP female connector on the other. The adapter allows you to connect any mini DisplayPort-equipped laptop or graphics card to a standard DisplayPort connection such as an HDTV, monitor or projector. DisplayPort cable not included.

VisionTek's mini DisplayPort Male to DisplayPort Female Adapter supports high resolutions of up to 4K (4096 x 2160) @ 60Hz. Resolutions supported with this mDP to DP adapter will depend on host system. The adapter also supports Multi-Stream (MST) for daisy-chaining multiple monitors, as well as provides optional audio support and digitally protected content (HDCP and DPCP) for host systems that support these features.

NOTE: This adapter is not bi-directional. This adapter converts
mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort only, not vice-versa.
