The Wyrestorm APO-COM-MIC is an add-on microphone that can be used to expand the pickup range of the Apollo VX20 video bar in meeting spaces. With simple plug-and-play operation, it connects to the VX20 via the rear USB port labeled "Mic" using the included USB cable. The low-profile APO-COM-MIC supports the same features as the VX20's integrated microphones, including AES, ANS, and AGC. The mic also includes a 2-way mic-mute toggle, which is indicated by red LEDs on both the add-on mic and the VX20's status LED.
Up to three APO-COM-MICs can be cascaded by connecting additional mics to the USB port labeled "EXT MIC". To extend the connection distance beyond the length of the included USB cable, the APO-MIC-EXT USB-to-ethernet extender (available separately) can be used between the VX20 and the APO-COM-MIC, allowing for a maximum extension of up to 196' through floors, walls, or ceilings.
