Broadcom 1000BASE-T1 / 100BASE-T1 Single-Port Automotive Ethernet PHY - BCM89884
The Broadcom BCM89884 is a 1000BASE-T1 / 100BASE-T1 automotive Ethernet PHY supporting RGMII interface and TC10 for both 1000M/100M speeds. The PHY is available in a small 6mm x 6mm WQFN package and is pin compatible with BCM89884M (1000/100BASE-T1 automotive ethernet PHY with MACsec). The operating temperature range for BCM89884 is from -40°C to +125°C (Grade 1).
