Eligibility: This plan extends your protection for a total of 4 years of peace of mind. To be eligible, your new electronic device must have a minimum 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty and a purchase price between $1,000 and $2,999.99.
*1-year standard manufacturer's warranty + 2 years of HSSL protection.

- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH): Protection from unexpected accidents like drops, spills, and cracks.
- Power Surge Protection: Damage caused by sudden electrical power surges.
- No Lemon Policy: If your device requires three repairs for the same issue, we will replace it.
How to Get Service:
- Claims: To file a claim, please email your claim via the order page. Have your plan document and proof of purchase ready.
- Assessment: Our claims agents will quickly diagnose the issue and approve the best solution.
- Resolution: We will either:
- Repair your device at an authorized service center, or
- Replace it with a product of like kind and comparable features if it cannot be repaired economically.
Plan Details & Limitations:
- Term: 2 years of coverage, beginning immediately after the manufacturer's 1-year warranty expires.
- Deductible: A service fee may apply for claims involving accidental damage. Please see your plan agreement for the specific amount.
- What's Not Covered: Loss, theft, cosmetic damage not affecting functionality, and damage from intentional acts, misuse, or natural disasters. Pre-existing conditions are also excluded.
- Transferability: This plan is tied to the product and is not transferable.
